Fantastic Hotel, great staff, friendly, and welcoming. All our needs were met. Rooms are big enough for families. Bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. Nice Touch was the fact that they provided hair comb, toothpaste, and toothbrush, handcream, body lotion, shaving razor with lotion and facial creams.

Luxurious!!! It is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was so clean. Loved the pajamas and the Rob. The VIP luncheon was delicious. Breakfast was very convenient, and so was dinner. There is a subway access from the bus basement. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

They helped me with a lot on enquires including parking with a hire vehicle and transportation of luggage to other hotels. Very relaxing and spacious hotel. This is a nice hotel with easy access to the metro station. It was easy to get to the tourist sites from this hotel. The room was clean and looked like the pictures on Expedia. The only problem was I did not get the daily breakfast I paid for with Expedia, and Expedia provides no information to prove you paid for breakfast.

Amazing Hotel

This is a 5-Star hotel in the beautiful Ginza district. The staff were amazing..very attentive & polite. The room was large & modern. Breakfast was included in our rate & it was very good with many choices from a large buffet. Walking distance to the train station. Note: if first time in Tokyo, take Hop On Hop Off bus for a nice tour of the city.
