鍵の明け方に注意⚠

子連れ旅行なので滞在前にタオルの多めの貸出を申し出ましたらお部屋に用意していただけて助かりました。　 その点は非常に感謝しております。 部屋の中に洗濯機があり自分たちのタイミングで使え、浴室内に干せた所もすごく良かったです。 ただ、チェックインの際に一般的な鍵ではなかったので鍵の開け方がなかなか分からず夜の10時までは電話が通じると聞いていたので通じるギリギリでしたが、電話が全然繋がらず、なんとか開けて野宿を免れました。 閉め方も分かりづらかったのでメールでも問い合わせましたが、いまだ連絡がありません。 電話も何度かしましたが、折り返しなし。 部屋の中に壁紙の剥がれもあったので、そちらも連絡しましたが同じく返事無し。 リピートは無いです。 3泊しましたが２泊目から浴室の下水のような匂いもすごく気になりました。 駅からホテルへ向かう途中で間近にスカイツリーが見えたので子どもたちは喜び、そこは良かったな、と思ってます。

wifiが使えるとのことで、申し込みましたが全く使えませんでした。次の日にモバイルルータが届きましたが、1日分の保証はありませんでした。
