This was a remarkable experience! From the moment you are greeted at the door of the hotel, you leave the hustle and bustle of Tokyo behind and you are immersed in an authentic ryokan experience. The private onsen on the top floor of the building really sets this hotel apart from other luxury hotels in Tokyo. The quality of the staff was excellent throughout, and although this hotel is in the main business district it is right next to the Otemachi metro station and about 15 min walk to the main Tokyo station so the transport links are excellent.

The finest luxury hotel we have ever stayed in—truly deserving of full marks in every way. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. We enjoyed a traditional ryokan breakfast and dined at Sushi Otemon Omakase—both experiences exceeded all expectations and were simply unforgettable. The onsen was divine, beyond words, offering pure relaxation and serenity. Guest hospitality was impeccable throughout, and the architecture and interior design are nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it was a fully immersive aesthetic experience. If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel in Tokyo, this is the one to choose—highly recommended.

Staff was incredible and very kind. The hotel itself and the room was very clean and very minimalist. The rooftop onset is to die for! Gender separated. Fully nude. And the coolest sky light that opens to outside while you’re in the water. Only negative was the lighting in the room. It was pretty and all but Not great for makeup application and doing hair.

After seven nights at this hotel, I nearly didn't want to leave. The atmosphere was very tranquil and calm and everything was always taken care of, even sometimes before you ask for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want more space in their hotel rooms, higher quality of products and service, and who want access to a natural onsen in the city. I had two young kids with us and they loved it too. The hotel is in the business district of Tokyo, but it is so close to Tokyo Station and the metro is linked underground to the hotel (with 4 or 5 different lines), so it was very easy to get to anywhere. We will definitely come back again.
