Over all was good. I did not grade good for service is because there was basically no staff at reception so we did encounter check-in problem and we needed to wait. I think there was only one staff working as we only saw the same guy helping guests. In. Case, they could arrange one person around the reception area, that would be perfect

Very unique hotel, with a front desk staffed by robot dinosaurs. Check-in was fast and easy. If you get there before check-in time, they have an area where you can secure your suitcase with cable locks, as well as storage lockers for smaller items. They offer a free shuttle to Haneda Airport, and it is an easy walk from the Otorii station.

Hotel was as expected for a bargain price. As a non Japanese speaking tourist i was happy our taxi driver came inside and helped us check in. Breakfast was amazing. Immediate immersion into local culture.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was very helpful and they helped me throughout the time I was there (due to some unfortunate circumstances). The area is very nice, lots of options around the area for food. Extremely close to the train station and was convenient to move around. Overall, I would come back again the next time I am in Japan!
