The listed optional pool, spa tub and sauna fee are charged per person, per entrance to access the pool area.

  • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Up to 2 children aged 5 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
  • As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

We were booked into an executive room with lounge facitities and this is the best way to travel if you have been on a long haul flights. Staff expecially May she looked after us so well . I found this property to be overall underwhelming in terms of quality and options. For a Hilton resort, I'd expect more than two dining options and at least a full vending machine that isn't in the smokers' area. We paid a decent amount to stay here and the upcharging on everything was annoying. We couldn't use the pool because it was $46 per person and I'm not about to pay $200+ on top of the $2k we already paid to be here. I specifically booked this hotel for pool access and nowhere on Expedia or the hotel's site did it state the pool was an additional rate - likely because they can change the rate at any time. They also had restrictions on tattoos - which I understand for culture purposes, but I would have planned accordingly if it was documented anywhere. The staff treated us like we were bothering them (except for the room cleaners who were exceptionally sweet), the walls were thin on all sides so we got to enjoy other customers adjusting to the time difference, and the food was wildly overpriced. If you plan to stay here, prepare for half mile morning walks to the 7-Eleven for breakfast and enjoy the run down accommodations.
