The location of this hotel is its best feature, 5 minute walk to the Senso-ji temple and lots of shopping / dining options. It was dated but clean.

The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. They were also not very updated. And my room smelled like old food that wouldn’t go away the entire stay I was there. But it was in such a convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The staff was also very helpful!

Great access to Senso-ji, convenient stores and restaurants. Well maintained facility and room was comfortable, bigger than Apa. Smooth check-in process. Bring your own room slippers if you prefer not to wear non-disposable ones. On-site breakfast buffet was good; they had mini Onigiri, miso soup, Japanese pickled vegetables, as well as pancakes, eggs, etc. Front desk staff and dining room/kitchen staff were all pleasant.

Hotel is in a good location among many convenience stores and close to many attractions in Asakusa, such as Sensoji Temple. Staff were very helpful and could speak good English.

Option for eco and regular room cleaning was nice to have. Love that this hotel is environmentally conscious. Staff was very helpful and can understand/speak english. We asked to have our bags transported to our next hotel and they had it done without a problem--there is an extra charge for this service. If you also choose to use this service, make sure its at least a day ahead of when you check out. Wifi was great. Not choppy or spotty. Laundry services are available for an extra charge per article of clothing. I didnt use this service but appreciate there was "coin" laundry also available (had to use an app to pay). Everything about our stay was great! Only note I have about our room is that the washroom space is a little tight. Especially with the leg room when you use the toilet. Would book again. Super convinient location near everything. Love being steps away from a small taiyaki shop and a 711!

Central location, lovely clean and comfortable. Very tight squeeze for two people with large luggage, but to be expected in Tokyo. Excellent transport links and really nice local area for shopping and dining

Decent stay

Very good hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we went elsewhere during our holiday, and came back to this hotel later on. This made our holiday much easier to manage. The breakfast is very nice, but I would suggest getting there in the first hour as they tend to have more options available. WiFi mostly works but occasionally disconnected when in the room. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Small but nice room

Very nice hotel, but rooms are typically Japanese - tiny. Not the Hotel's fault, but it is very tight by American standards. I would pay more attention to the room size and pay more for a larger room next time.
