The hotel is very cute with a retro European feel. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to make check in easy for me. Our room was clean and we could fit 2 open suitcases in the room. There was a lot of "stuff" though on all the surfaces. Papers, amenities, etc. We had to gather it all up and set it aside in order to have room to put our own stuff on the table. The neighborhood is so central. Multiple train metro stops in all directions along with countless restaurants and all the shopping that is Ginza. Tokyo Station is maybe 15 or 20 minute walk. We walked it with our bags. A slight chore, but didn't take long. Very quiet at night. The only cons for me, is that breakfast seemed expensive. And no self-serve laundry, so I carried it 10 minutes to the nearest laundromat. Not a deal breaker. I'd recommend it.

Location was perfect! I wish the staff had been more proficient in English (or that I could speak Japanese). I’m not trying to be difficult as this is a parameter that perhaps I should consider in the future.
