We have stayed at My Stays hotels in Gotanda area several times but it seemed run down by a lot. There was a terrible sewer like smell in our room so had to request to change rooms. The staff were very nice

Our hotel room was decently clean. The size of the room for 3pp was good. Except the bathroom was small. But i guess that’s pretty much what they mostly offer in JPN in a decently priced room.

Super easy access from Gotanda Station, just across the street. There are many casual Japanese dining places within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The only downside is that, although I have stayed here four times, the staff still ask me to write my name in Kanji at check-in, which I do not have.

It has a confusing entrance that it not well identified. I understood l had booked a small single room but l didn’t think that would mean there would be no room for my suitcase and l would have to sleep with it on my bed. The laundry was excellent.

great place if you're looking for a more affordable spot in Tokyo. right beside a main subway station that can connect you to all of the spots. small rooms as expected but clean with friendly, helpful staff.

Very clean and spacious room for a family of four. The decor wasn't lacking nor over-the-top. Plenty of seating around the room, along with a fridge and water heater for tea. Very convenient location with a train station across the street, and a Family Mart right by the entrance.

It was a place to sleep and that’s really all I can say. The hotel either allows or has allowed smoking in the past, so you run into smoky smelling patches here and there. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained.
