had a great time staying at Lyf Shibuya Tokyo. location is great; staffs are friendly and accommodating with requests; hotel is clean. one thing i am not happy with is the bathroom in the double occupancy room; toilet is somewhat slanting down. not sure if that is normal or not

One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed At! This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything is so close by — shops, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance. Great location only a few minutes away from the Shibuya Crossing. The room was extremely cramped - we constantly bumped into the furniture trying to move around. They have a dedicated area for guests to sit and eat in (thankfully). Other than that, the staff were friendly and it was in a convenient location.

Stylish hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Close to lots of shopping and dining options. Staff were very nice, received the luggage which we had posted from another hotel before we even arrived, and made check in v easy. Room is nicely sized for Japanese standards, and it has all you need during your stay. Highly recommend.
