The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the hotel was conveniently located close to Kasai Station. The room was perfect for a family of four. The only drawback is that the nearby Tozai Line can get very crowded.

For my first time being in Japan, Tokyo, rather, this was the best location. Wasn’t too far from the major places. Train station was very close in stores that surrounded the hotel were convenient. If I ever come back to Japan, I promise you I’m staying here. For two people the spacing was great. I hope you book with them.

Our choice of Minn Kasai is the best decision we had for our travel in Tokyo. It is near the train station and Tokyo Disneyland is just one bus ride. There are so many shops, groceries and dinning around the area. Going to and back to Haneda is just a one ride via limousine bus. Easy and convenient for us even if we have two children with us. Will definitely be back here again.

Rooms were booked through Expedia.com.We booked three rooms for a large family. We wanted the rooms together but couldn't figure out how to communicate with the property. We got only a form autoresponse to our email inquiry and our international phone call would not connect. All communication with the property was through an iPad in the lobby. You could request towels or supplies from one of the cleaners present on the property. The rooms had a kitchen, but were small and cramped. The rooms were not cleaned or serviced for stays of less than 2 weeks.The price seemed high for what you got, compared to other properties in the area. The location was very walkable to the train station and had plenty of options for shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We would visit Edogawa City again but would search for a better deal for a hotel.

Overall, everything was good. The place was comfortable, modern, and easily accessible by subway. The only issue was that cleaning services were supposed to come on the 4th and 7th days of our stay, but only came on the 4th. Because of this, we were constantly anticipating that our suite was going to be cleaned past day 7, when no one arrived. There was also a fire alarm that went off at around 8:30 one night for an hour and a half, forcing everyone to evacuate, though this was obviously hardly their fault. Other than this, we had an excellent stay.

Check in through an ipad is not ideal when you are tired after travelling. It was 3 of us but we had 2 single beds and an un made sofa. towels not changed regularly. Overpriced.
