Property was within a few minutes walking distance from the train station (15 mins to most places) and bus station (approx 25 mins to disney). Supermarket across the road and another down the street. Kfc, mcdonalds, convience store etc a short walk as well as takeaway and other dining options. Property was spacious with cooking facilities, seperate loo and shower/bath area and seperate sink. Slippers provided and heating was good as the room heated up quickly. Dining table and plenty of sofa space (both of which turned into beds). Laundry room with washers and dryers which were low cost. Keypad entry so no risk of losing keys. Provided with washing up sponge and liquid and plenty of untensils for cooking. Lots and lots of plug sockets all placed in convience places which was handy. A couple of cons, the room was clean as were the bathroom etc but alot of dust under the microwave which clearly hadnt been done in a while. Towels provided for 2 of us, we stayed for 5 nights so would of preferred another towel each. We did some washing while there so were able to wash the towels too. When checking in you had to call on an ipad in the reception and our call was ignored several times which was a bit annoying as we had travelled along way and just wanted to settle in. Other than those few things we really enjoyed our stay at Minn and would definitely stay again. It was alot quieter and more spacious than staying in central Tokyo.

Great budget accommodation

Minn Kasai was a great place to stay if you want to be away from the bustle of Shibuya and Ginza. Very close to supermarkets, transit, direct bus connection to Haneda. Also a great option for taking a quick 10 minute cab ride to Tokyo Disney. The kitchenette was also great for making small meals.

Love the location. The best sushi place “sushi ro” near by (excelente taste and good price). The hotel has comfortable, clean and small rooms. Very comfortable bathrooms with a tub. Appreciates the extra pillow and blanket under the extra bed. The only thing I found annoying is the sensor light in the room that turns on every time you move.

This stay was pleasant but just average. Check in was on your own, as there is only an iPad for communication, but easy to navigate. Never saw a staff member but was able to get towels when requested. Just a bus ride to Disney, but if you want to go early the train is harder to navigate. Pros: Close to Kasai train station and close to a lot of convenient store shopping. Nice perk is the limosine bus from Narita or Hanada airport picks you up and drops you off very close to the hotel. I would say the area is safe, however there are slot machine places nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. Cons: Beds were a bit hard but manageable. We could not get the hot water on the sink to work or the heater in the room.

The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk.

We are family of 4, was tight squeeze but was still comfortable enough for us. We had a 7 night stay, overall was very good but the Murphy bed and sofa bed were awful!! So hard it was difficult to sleep. And need better pillows and more of them! Regardless of these few things, I would still recommend Minn Kasai. Better for 3 people perhaps
