This was my fourth stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Toyosu, and I find that every time the staff is excellent and friendly and very helpful. They make the stay wonderful.

The location is perfect, right near the metro station. But it’s not really a 5-star hotel as they claim. I would give it 4 stars. One morning at 7 am, I called the reception to ask for a plate, and the receptionist told me to come down and get it myself. Then they brought us paper plates… I don’t think a 5-star hotel should be giving paper plates. There was no coffee machine either, just a coffee sachet with no milk or anything. The reception area is nice, but the room is average. We shipped our luggage from Kyoto to this hotel, and when we checked in, our luggage was already in our room. We appreciated it .
