Decent for a quick stay, it was what we expected from a pod hotel and wanted to have the experience! Definitely an amazing way to travel if youâre on a budget
I expected a lot because I really enjoyed myself at the womenâs only 9hr in Kanda, but this location was more cramped and less clean. The bathroom was always out of paper towels and the showers werenât as clean (though they were not dirty, necessarily). Even the amenities like the hair dryers werenât as nice. I wouldnât personally stay here again, but itâs not a bad spot if youâre in a pinch.
Unfortunately the sleeping area was very noisy due to unrespectful clients. I barely slept, after a 14 hours flight. The concept is cool, but itâs like sleeping in a dormitory, your sleep will depend on who is sleeping next to you.
The pods were pretty cool and comfortable to sleep in. But the locker room was often crowded, cramped, and smelled heavily of body odor from the other occupants, specifically the menâs locker room. Aside from the smells and odors, the pods provided a unique and memorable sleeping experience in Tokyo.
The capsule itself was very clean and is made up each day. I would recommend wearing ear plugs as other customers were quite noisy. The washroom was a bit grubby but that was because of how many were using it .It was also cleaned daily. Great if travelling on a budget. Great location.
We stayed one night.Interesting concept. Clean bed, small space, cant bring luggage upstairs which is understandable. Small locker room area. Cute lobby and neighborhoud. Overall nice experience, for short stay.
Perfect place to stay in Akasaka. Hotel was absolutely lovely, one of my favourites in my entire Japan trip. I only stayed for a night but easily couldâve stayed for a week, the bathrooms were clean and the lobby nice. It was a good environment and situated in an amazing area close to shops, food and the station. 100% would recommend and will definitely stay here on my next Tokyo visit.
