Solo traveller, Economy double room. Shower head had great water pressure. Room space is limited because of massage chair (barely open out suitcase). Great location with Kyobashi subway entrance at the front of hotel (exit 6). Walking distance to Tokyo station, Nihonbashi (7-8 mins). I enjoy walking, so a walk to the Ginza area was about 15 mins on foot. Efficent checkin/out

Room is quite small, and wish there was a place to store our clothes. The eco option to have new towels and water bottles replaced was nice. The massage chair was also nice to have after long days walking in Tokyo. Front desk was helpful in shipping our luggage to the next destination. Rooms were very quiet.

I appreceate if there are benches in the entrance hall of the building. And needs drop a curb in front of the building that make it's barrier free for taxi users. It's a little gap but huge gap for elderly/disabled people

Remm is always our choice of place to stay in Tokyo. The rooms are small (but average for Japan) and clean and super efficient and well laid out. The staff are polite and very helpful. The location (8 min walk to Tokyo station) and right beside the metro, just can't be beat! Definitely recommend staying here anytime you visit Tokyo!

The master room was so incredible tiny, it was claustrophobic. And no way to crack the window open, not just for 5 cm. Bathroom very small too. And the existing massage chair was occupying aproximative 1/5 from our room. Instead of having the chair in the room, better have it in public spaces, so you access it only if you need to. Another bad thing was that the bathroom was not separated by an opaque wall from the bedroom. So everytime when someone would go to the toilet in the night, they would wake the other person up. Bathroom was however very clean.

Opted to not have my room cleaned over a 3 day visit. It wasn’t necessary. Handy magnetic signs that stick to your door stating the usual, Do Not Disturb, No Cleaning, Eco Cleaning or Clean Room. Handy to have a kettle in the room with a fridge that is actually cold. Conveniently located between 2 7-elevens so late night snacks are plenty. My only complaint is about the breakfast. They really don’t have much of a selection of Western or Japanese foods. You must be selective. After the first morning, I opted for just mostly coffee and toast with some sausages on the side. Enough to get by until lunchtime. But service at breakfast was very good. They were always raking away dirty dishes and refilling food, jams and butter. Overall I would stay here again. Located right at Kyobashi station on the Ginza Line. Tokyo main station a short 8-10 min walk depending on your walking speed and how much luggage you are pulling.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the train station and it was very easy to get there. There is a convenience store a shop or two over and a shopping plaza with restaurants the next block over. Everything was so convenient. The staff were friendly and the room was clean an comfortable. There really wasn’t a place to put my luggage, so I put it on a chair that blocked the pathway and had to climb over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. But, I guess that’s Tokyo. The shower was pretty spacious, though. Overall, I would stay again.
