it would be nice ,if there was a lift/elevator. love that it was near a JR line and convenient store are nearby too.

The location is close to Yoyogi train station and an AEON grocery store, which is convenient. However, the stay wasn’t great overall. During the day, the stairs to the unit were dark, and at night, it was even worse—there was no working light on the staircase, so we had to use our phone flashlights to get up. The unit was dusty and had mold, especially on the wall beside the bunk bed baseboard, which was really off-putting. The toilet room was tiny and uncomfortable—I hit my head multiple times, and there’s no elbow space at all. The pillows were flat, and the bedsheets didn’t fully cover the mattress. The towels felt old, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, the windows were thin and right next to the beds, so you could hear traffic at night. There’s also a bar on the lower floor, so the noise from patrons leaving was a disturbance, and the gym on the second floor added occasional noise with weights being dropped. Everything is labeled in both Japanese and English, except for a note about not drinking tap water, which was only in Japanese. I wouldn’t stay here again given the opportunity.

The location was great - we liked being 15 minutes away from Shibuya but not right in the middle of it. The space is a bit cramped but there were 5 of us so that's fair. It was hard to check out because the lock box wouldn't open but the host did respond quickly to my request for help. All in all it was a good hotel for our family. Thanks!

難找，聯繫不到負責人，開信箱拿鑰匙弄了很久，沒電梯，有行李的需要慎重考慮。廁所空間小，很難轉身，床太軟，起來腰會痛。
