Fantastic hotel! So conveniently located to the train station. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, amenities are great, and restaurant is good! Always stay here while in Japan and we stay two weeks at a time, two to three times a year!

Very clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful. Room is spacious enough for 2 people but not more, like many other hotels in Japan. No safe in the room, but can leave important things at the reception. Right opposite to JY line train station, quite convenient in terms of location.

Love this hotel!!

Love everything about this hotel. The location, the room, the staff were all excellent. The train is right across from the hotel making it extremely convenient. It’s easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya yet felt far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are super clean and the layout is fantastic. I also appreciated the ability to select our own necessities - coffee, tea, hair masks, facial cleanser etc- the best part of the hotel in my opinion!! Would definitely stay here again!!
