The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the turndown service and cleaning team did an amazing job, the hotel is extremely close to train stations. I will definitely be returning.
Was really disappointed with some of the policies of the hotel. I arrived an hour earlier than check-in. They said the room was ready so I asked if we could get the keys earlier. They wanted to charge us an hourly fee for the room. If it’s ready and it’s sitting empty, I don’t really understand why this is an issue? Our other hotels were able to accommodate so unsure why it was a problem here. The room itself was tiny and worn down. It was clean but definitely below four star standard. The walls were also incredibly thin. I could hear detailed conversations of our neighbours. Overall would avoid, it was our worst hotel in Japan and our most expensive per night, including other hotels in Tokyo.
Very convenient place on transportation, shopping.
And dinning. Transportation from and to Narita airport by either bus or train are only 10 to 15 minutes walking. The hotel staff are kind and very helpful on introducing local traffic and sightseeing spots. We will be back here again when next visit to Tokyo.
We lived our room and the area was easily accessible to many stations. Lots of options to shop and dine. Would def stay again. The room is in the smaller side but we had an incredible view! Thank you everyone! I loved the slippers that were provided by the hotel. So useful. Thank you!
Location was very convenient and lively especially at night. Room was clean and the AC was strong. We faced the side with the trains but slept fine as we aren’t light sleepers. The view of the city was great from our 16th floor window as well! Loved the hotel scent in all the common areas.
Great location, very iconic spot from Tokyo, nice restaurants and live area, shopping, close to the busiest train station, also close to very good touristic spots, great staff, the room and view was great, price was great, 100% recommended,
It was truly nice to stay at your hotel. The food was great. The hotel staff were exceptional and were coming back to Japan just because we had such a great experience in the hotel. Thank you for creating great memories for my husband and I.
Rooms are pretty small and not very soundproof. We could hear the room next to us banging around in the shower at 1:30am. Plus the smell of sewer leaching from the bathroom so be sure to close the door! Good central location for Shinjuku which is a whole “experience” in itself..
