It's across the street from JR Shinagawa station Takanawa exit. Keikyu line takes you directly to Haneda airport. Stores, restaurants, and the food court are within the complex.

The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay.

Staff everywhere were helpful and kind.fast check in and check out I stay at this property because of the room rate and the limousine bus stops there too. Very convenient. It was a very lovely and clean hotel, had many train stations near by and not in the middle of the busy city life just a 10 min walk from the main Shinjuku area. The beds was just a little too hard. Staff was very polite and understanding and they clean and leave you water. Very lovely

Hotel located in a convenient location. Room was clean. Very compact though. Bathrooms are small. Did not use the breakfast facilities. Good to have the Family Mart on the first floor. Short 10-15 minute walk to the train station.

We arrived and there was only 1 superior room left which was right beside the elevator and extremely loud. We were put in an economy room and not given a refund or any credit. Stay away from this hotel.

Most of the staff was nice and helpful to us. I forgot one of their names but he was great and helped us out with our luggage transfer! Heard some noises from people next to us a few times but overall it was a quick and comfortable stay.
