Room was clean and tidy and fit our needs fine. The aircon and heater took a bit of figuring out but worked well. Bathroom had plenty of amenities available at the reception and towels changed everyday we requested them. Staff were fantastic, coming to say hello to us and our baby when they saw us. Polite and friendly. Hotel was located right next to a subway station and elevator which made getting around with luggage and stroller easy. Would happily stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location next to the Oeda line and a 10 minute walk to Golden Gai. While the rooms are not very spacious (something we were aware of so not a negative note really) the amenities of complimentary soaps, lotions and razors and the excellent service from all the staff more than made up for it.

The Sotetsu inn was very nice, rooms were smaller than we thought. But it was clean.We had to manage the space with our luggage to allow us to move around in the room. It was a tight space, but we managed. Very close to transportation, literally 50 feet away from the subway station entrance. Breakfast was good enough to get us by until a late lunch . The staff was very nice and pleasant and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

It is a lovely property and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and service was efficient. The air con worked well however it required some additional instructions given its not in English.
