Decent room, clean with the things you would expect. Decor is a bit lacking, only 12 channels of Japanese TV with no english or options for smart TV/steaming, and strange room cleaning / towel system. Beautiful lobby and wonderful staff/restaurants. Decent location, a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station but totally doable. Next time i would choose somewhere else but it was fine nonetheless.

Loved the location and vibe in this hotel! First the aroma of the bakery, then the sounds of the best music Ive ever heard in a lobby, incredible staff and comfortable rooms. A short walk to the Metro Government Building and access to trains. A fabulous stay.

Convenient, close by the train station that a short taxi ride or 20 minutes walk. Refreshing that a sizable park across the street for leisurely walk. Hotel Room was small but adequate and clean. Hotel restaurant breakfast was expensive USD24, if reserved ahead and paid would be US$18. Could just buy bread from hotel bakery to save $. Several eateries nearby as options for lunch or dinner. Hotel staff quite friendly. Lesson learned: don’t let the staff charge US$ on your credit card for room charges or others because it used the hotel’s exchange rate. But rather let the charge Yen instead and let your bank use the official exchange rate.

Loved the vibe and the decor. Loved having a bakery and restaurant on site. The rooms were very small but we had only hand luggage so it wasnt too bad. I don’t know how you would open a full size suitcase in the room.

Great hotel! But if you pack heavy this may not be the hotel for you! Otherwise great location, near park, Family Mart, Starbucks trains, etc! We stayed for 7 nights with the only “issue” was room size but we knew the rooms would be small just weren’t mentally prepared for it. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room was directly across from the elevator and the workers we extremely loud at 7 am. The food was decent but very pricey and definitely did not live up to the price they charged. There were some easy transitions like having our luggage transferred but other things like the cleanliness was not that great. There was hair in the bathtub.

Amazing stay! The rooms are small but very comfortable. The area is situated in a very cute area with everything in walkable distance. The bakery and restaurant breakfast were delicious. I love the DJ options in the lounge area.
