We took a chance on a more residential style hotel in order to have a larger room and we are so glad we did, the staff were friendly and helpful and very available. The room was very nice, clean and well appointed. Given the amazing location next to tons of walkable, dining options and cafe's, the lack of public spaces and restaurant in the hotel was not a problem at all for us. Easy train access to many parts of Tokyo from this neighborhood.

Hotel rooms should be cleaned daily and not have to pay extra. The bath tub was old with terrible instructions. The hot water did not work well. The hotel was old.

The property is near to the train station and lots of dining option. Staff were great and helpful to organise transport to the airport. The room was not cleaned properly when we checkedin, hence we request for another cleaning. The room is quite spacious but looks a bit rundown. No daily cleaning and no limo bus in the vicinity to/from the airport.

This was the first hotel we stayed in when we arrived in Japan and it was perfect. Staff were so helpful, room was really big so enough room for the 3 teenagers. So close to all the main sites, so we could easily travel by train to all the key sites. Loads of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. I will stay here again next time I visit!

Exceptional staff

The hotel staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. Our daughter was sick so we had to cancel most of our travel plans and extend our stay at short notice several times. They were very helpful.

A huge room!!!! I was very comfortable and convenient. Once we figured out, Subway station wasn’t far at all. Lobby was very small and packed at check in time. But it was smooth. Restaurants were close and very convenient location to other towns in Tokyo. We took taxi to JR Station to go to Haneda Airport, it was around ¥1000. We will stay here again!

Great hotel for family. Room is huge for any country. 2 king beds and two sets of bunks. Traditional Japanese setup was perfect for first time visitors like us. Kids loved it. Area super convenient for 3 metro lines, access to most types of restaurants, convenience stores etc. staff are awesome. Super attentive. After work business area so lots of action in the evening. Restaurants are open late which was perfect for us. You can hear the late night drinkers at night but its muffled. If you’re a light sleeper it may bug you. Washing machine in room.
