This place is awesome!!! Walking distance to the metro and accessible to other parts of town. Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc. The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are. We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. If they did we would bring back a bunch and forego the rest of duty free shopping that we did…just awesome. Would definitely return again and again. Highly recommend from our experience…oh, the breakfast in the restaurant is very good!

It is a ‘business’ hotel. It does not have room service and the restaurant in the lobby does not let you take food to your room. However, it’s located 13 minutes walking from Ginza and the metro and muses are right in front of the building. We stayed on the executive floor and it was very noisy in the evenings and in the mornings. We were in room 3625 I believe. You could hear anyone who was wearing heels walking back and forth. It was really annoying. Other than that, the business lounge was great and had breakfast and happy hour. I would probably stay again but would ask for a different room that was not under whatever was above us.

The room was excellent. View was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was location. There were two Konbinis very close but other than that there was a significant walk to any other food or shopping.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. After sifting through about 30 hotels, came across this one that fits 3 people in 1 room. I booked 3 rooms total but needed 1 room that fits 3 people. I was able to book 2 rooms deluxe king that fits 3 and 1 standard room that they ended upgrading the standard to match our other rooms since I am VIP and booked 3 rooms. This hotel is walkable to restaurants coffee, train station, shops, is in a clean area and love the dining options here. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful updated hotel in a clean business area that is accessible to train station, food places and shops. We were Greeted upon check in, friendly staff. I booked 3 rooms and as a VIP they were able to upgrade 1 room that I got as standard to match the other 2 rooms I chose as deluxe. All The rooms were absolutely gorgeous with a city view, large for 3 of us. Had a refrigerator, coffee area, large bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!!
