We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and spotless room that offered unforgettable panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an incredible variety of high-quality Western and Japanese options. Best of all, the hotel's central location near Shinjuku Station made exploring the city effortless.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast is very well organized with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended.

This hotel was amazing. There were 2 breakfast options, one that was a buffet style with both Japanese and western options. The other was just Japanese. Every single staff member I met was super friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, good amenities in the room. If there was anyone in the room next to mine, I didn't hear anything from them. I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be to increase the number of elevators.

had the most amazing experience at the Domo Hotel. I lost my credit card in the dining room, and at 2 a.m. a flashing phone call woke me up. The staff gently informed me they had found it — and someone personally came up to return it to me with such grace. Truly exceptional service!

I was attending a concert at the Tokyo Dome facility. This hotel was perfect! Quite a number of hotel guests were attending the same concert. The facilities were good the WiFi could have been faster but was useable. The cleaning stff were particulalrly helpful. If you are staying on the Executive floor do make use of the lounge - I only managed to do so once becuase I was busy - an excellent selection of quality spirits on offer although they could have perhaps had a craft beer selection. Maybe next time!?

Overall a nice hotel. Self check in machines are not appreciated though, would prefer people. Also this hotel had very strangely shut down their outdoor swimming pool by early September for “Fall” while it was still 30° Celsius and sweltering outside and it was a big selling point so quite disappointing.
