Very helpful and kind staff. Tea and coffee available in a lobby and all the amenities needed were in the room. Shops like 7eleven and more very close to the hotel. Some great places with Japanese food too. Hotel is close to metro station with connection to Shinjuku station. Luggage transfer also super easy and available in the hotel.

Small toom (typical of tokyo hotels) but very cozy. Great staff! Amazing amenities. Includes daily breakfast of rice, cup of (instant) soup, bottled water, ham abd cheese sandwich, cereal, coffee and tea. Inside the room has refrigerator, microwave oven and washing/dryer machine (with laundry soap), air purifier/humidifier, utensils/plates/bowls. They also have free wi-fi, any toiletries you need like toothbrush and toothpaste, shaver/razor, q-tips, hair brush. Very clean room (no smell at all). Hotel is located near the subway train and bus stops (4 minute walk). Mc Donald's is just next door and a lot of convenient stores. I love this hotel! We stayed for 5 nights and we loved it! Housekeeping is not everyday and only by request but they will replenish your towels and if you need to change your bed sheets. We will definitely book this hotel again!

The room is pretty nice even though it is small-ish. The washer/drying machine is a +! I don't mind not having the room cleaned because I don't like strangers comming into my room and look at all my personal belongings. The towel change system is perfect for me, just make sure to leave the sign on your door everyday. However, the bed and pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable !!! My back and neck are hurting and I could not wait to go back home to my own bed...Also the noises IN and OUTSIDE the building are soooooo annoying at night...sirenes every single night at anytime at least 2-3 times per night...and the ac's or toilet/plumbing system's noises too... This hotel shouldn't be considered a 4star hotel and definitely be cheaper than 200$/night.

Stayed at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku and overall had a really good experience. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Shinjuku station and plenty of shops, food, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and having the washer/dryer in the room was a big bonus for a longer stay. Only downside was that the room was on the smaller side (pretty normal for Tokyo) and the walls felt a bit thin at times, but nothing that ruined the stay. Staff were helpful and check-in was easy. Great option if you want something practical and well-located in Shinjuku without breaking the budget.

Great accomodation options. Clean, quiet and great amenities. Location wise based it near the business district and away from busy tourist hubs. However conveniently located near plenty of food, groceries, parks on the doorstep and direct access to a train line to get to everywhere in Tokyo! Highly recommend!

Service was very good, it was quiet. We had one of the larger rooms which was better as my daughter had the smaller one and we would have struggled for space. Having the washer/dryer was amazing and they provided laundry detergent aswell. Would stay in a Tokyu Stay hotel again.
