We had a lovely stay, the staff were so friendly, helping with some Japanese and even printed a document for me when I asked where I could find a printer. The room was clean and mattress comfy. There was a sink, hotplate, mini fridge, washer/dryer and the tv accepted accepted airplay which was great after a long day! It was also a great location for a short walk to some sights such as the Shibuya scramble crossing. It’s also across the road from a combini for your essentials. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, convenient and quiet place to stay. Each room has a washer/dryer (one button to start to finish) and it is very handy when you travel abroad long. It’s not far from Shibuya stn, but if you have a big luggage I recommend you to use Ino-kashira line for one stop (Shinsen stn) since it is sloped area. Nice’n friendly staffs makes the stay memorable.

Fantastic stay

It was an amazing stay! Cozy rooms and nice bathroom/shower. Free amenities kits came in handy and the rooms have just about everything you need from pots and pans to a single burner. Staff are super nice and attentive to your needs. Near nice restaurants and nightlife. Definitely recommend!!

Great service with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room, good size for Japanese standards. Good amenities, clean and felt new, not out dated. Great location off the Main Street in a quiet alleyway and great choices of restaurants/bars right outside. Short walk to Shibuya scramble square , subway station and bus station from Haneda Airport.

This hotel is pretty clean, had nice staff, good bed, good shower and was quiet. It is about 15 min walk from Shibuya Station/Crossing which was not convenient when you come back from a tired whole day of sightseeing and want to go back to the Shibuya Crossing area for Dinner. Although, there are a few small restaurants around the hotel if you don't feel like going near Shibuya Crossing.

Value for money hotel with inside washing machine and dryer which is convenient as well as induction cooktop and microwave. However the hotel location was very far from Shibuya station. Not very convenient especially when you travel with toddler in a stroller, the walk to the hotel is quite up the hill. Very limited dining available around the hotel, but there’s supermarket in front which is great for snacks and fruits. Room is also very small compare to 2 other hotel we stayed in Tokyo. We had 3 luggage, and impossible to open all 3 at once.

The staff was beyond nice. Super friendly, always smiling and greeting us when we came in. Very helpful as well. I needed help with getting an iron and figuring out how to use the ac and both times the staff came up right away to help. Literally less than 5 minutes. The apartment was very cozy and having your own washer and dryer was so handy. I was able to catch up on all my laundry while out sight seeing so saved us time. They even provided detergent. The location was great too, pretty close to the subway and all the action but still far out enough that it was quiet. Would highly recommend staying here.
