Excellent location. Quiet and neighbourhoodly but only a 15 minute walk from the thick of the action. Close proximity to a small supermarket and konbini’s. The washer dryer in the room absolutely saved us in the Tokyo humidity and having a small balcony was an absolute treat. 10/10 would stay here again.

Brilliant choice for my wife, 8yr old son and I. Directly opposite a 24/7 convenience store, quiet residential street with loads of trendy little restaurants, short walk to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and scramble crossing/Shibuya Station (which puts you one train stop away from Harajuku, and 3 stops to Shinjuku). Rooms spacious for Tokyo, fridge, freezer, washing machine & dryer in room (very helpful), kettle and basic cooking equipment, wifi, Netflix (login to your own account), free ground coffee machine (hot/iced) in the foyer, friendly and helpful staff - honestly it was bloody fantastic, we’ll stay again next time we’re back in Tokyo.

Very close to Shinsen station, 5-6 minute, from there access to Shibuya and to all Lines. Walking distance to Shibuya station and to all the main shopping centers. What I liked the most was the rear streets to all the local markets, 7-11, restaurants and bars. For sure returning.

We wanted to stay near Shibuya, but in a more quiet section - this spot was perfect. There is a short 10-min walk to Shibuya Station and shopping. There is a market directly across the street and plenty of convenience stores nearby as well. Our room had its own washer/dryer (with soap!), which we needed and used almost daily with all the humidity! They had a kitchen table, sink, fridge and hot plate so that was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and we used the check-in screens when we arrived and left - super easy! They have free amenities in the lobby, like hairbrush, shower cap, tea bags, body sponge, and toothbrush - which came in handy for us. The soap they have in the shower was very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Had a mix up with a bed which could have been my fault but hotel was very generous and took care of problem without adding any fees. Held luggage hours after checkout and np problem. Rooms and bathroom excellent. Combo washer/dryer tip: do small loads;) 12 minute walk to Shimbuya crossing.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel is in a quieter area of Shibuya, with fantastic eateries, bars and local shops close by. It was nice to be short 10-15 min walk be away from the busy touristy part of Shibuya.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly. There are countless fine restaurants on the one-way street perpendicular to Tokyu Stays street. We found these restaurants to be much better and more authentic than a lot of others we tried. It is easily walkable to the Shibuya train and CBD however doesn't have much else around it other than the nice restaurants. The room was just basic but very clean.
