Fantastic stay at this hotel! Staff was so kind and helpful and amazing. Simple check in and out. Super clean room with everything you need even if it's not the largest. Close to absolutely everything in one of the best spots in Tokyo. My only complaint is that there was no AC but they did give me a fan. Not sure if there is AC in the summer since there was an AC thermostat but maybe because it is still winter time they don't turn it on? But overall, amazing and will definitely stay there again.

Nice hip hotel with English speaking staff. Simple accommodations, simple pastries for breakfast, standard Japanese size room. Average facilities, toiletries, in an ok area of Shinjuku. They allowed me to store my luggage, as my flight was in the late evening. They even switch the escalator backwards to allow me to return back down to ground level. (there's only one escalator), no elevator to my known eye. Overall good stay.

All of the staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind. Breakfast is nice with juice and pastries. We also liked that it was just a little away from the tourist center so a bit quieter but still near so much. Pharmacy a couple doors away was a great resource for food, snacks, and anything we forgot to bring.
