We stayed three nights with our two young kids and we really enjoyed our stay! We selected a room with a separate living area that really helped for our family of four. The pool and continental breakfast were nice and the staff was fabulous. The hotel is conveniently located near some grocery stores and fast food options. Our main attractions such as the zoo, Imagination Station, and a Mudhens game were all within 15-20 minutes of driving. While traffic in the hallway was loud at night, I would 10/10 stay here again!!

I got there to be told I was not in their system and there was nothing they could do for me. I showed them my receipt that my credit card was charged and my confirmation number. The guy at the desk made a call then again said there was nothing they could do, I wasn’t in the system. I asked what do I do now, I’m not from here. They just repeated again I was not in their in system and didn’t know, they couldn’t help me. I said well I was charged when do I get my money back. He didn’t know when, I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told they were at home…… I will not be coming back, I went to the hotel right next door to the Marriott on Hagman Road in Toledo. They had excellent service, and were friendly, clean and very helpful! I highly recommend Marriott! Beware of Comfort Inn, very poor Service!

Very disappointing

It was a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to utilize that’s about it. Not very clean, the halls and rooms smelled like mildewed wet dog. Your feet stuck to the floor & the bathroom floors were filthy. The poor guy at the front desk was all by himself and the line was out the door. When we first checked in we were told our room was 305 but it was really 205. Then the next day our keycard deactivated and we had to go wait in the super long line again. Our kids were excited about the pool and it was somewhat nice. The bathroom outside the pool would not shut at all and was off its hinges. We showed up to swim at 9am and it was locked so we went to the desk and he said the pool doesn’t open until 10am we told him that the sign by the pool says it’s open from 8am-10pm & he said he didn’t know what was going on but unlocked it for us anyways. There were dirty towels, bugs, and not a clean towel to be found, it was a mess. I would also recommend that they install a bottle filler by their drinking fountain since the lady at the breakfast bar would not let us fill up our water bottles with their water pitcher because she would have to refill it. Needless to say we will not be back and most likely will not be using Comfort Inns again.

It was great, pool was nice, food was good. I believe 1 of workers coult have kept their opinions to theirselves since they work there....not the owner. But other wise i would definitely stay there again. We had an issue where i had to call down due to another guest screaming and fighting at 630am and it continued for multiple hours off and on. Never have I ever had to do that before. Bed was comfy, towels was clean and soft. Ac and heat worked. The freezer can hold 2 water bottles. Not big fyi. They have a place where you can do laundry.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed all our interactions. This review should not reflect them negatively. Converesly, the rooms had multi layered issues. At the end of the day management needs to decide how much time and money they will allocate to their cleaning staff to do a thourough job. 1. The tile baseboards protruded from the walls and had no protective trim. It would be easy to cut oneself. I recognise this is the tile contractor's fault. 2. There was accumulated gunk on the tile and grout. This is a maintenance issue which requires deep cleaning every so often. 3. Sticky stains all over the kitchenette, counter, inside cabinets etc... 4. The bathroom smelled musky, the exhaust ventilation was clogged. When you notice one obvious thing wrong you begin to notice everything. I don't expect a plethora of amenities at the Comfort Inn, I do expect reasonable cleanliness.

The hotel was very nice very clean. But my sink in my room 204 had a small leak. My key to my room needed to be reactivated every day. I was on the 2nd floor and I have breathing issues,thank goodness my grandson was there to go downstairs to get the key reactivated every day when we left the hotel and came back. Also my bill and my credit card have 2 different charges.
