Kudos to "Sondria" during my check in process. She was very nice, polite & friendly. She made us feel very welcome & special. I also noticed that other guests liked her too as she would interact with guests while still performing her responsibilities. She has a beautiful smile for everyone!

Overall still a great stay

Good visit overall. Room was good but this is the second stay I have had with a problem with the tub/shower. Shower piece that turns shower on or off was broken. Was able to do what I needed but didn't discover until the morning of checkout. Outside of that, everything was really good. Beds are clean and comfortable. Room is spacious and temp control is great!

The place was clean and looked like it was recently updated. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so the bathroom gets steamy pretty quick. It doesn’t have a hot tub or any laundry facilities. The restaurant was a nice atmosphere, but they need a little help staffing wise in the restaurant. We were there during a conference and they were very understaffed. All around a great place though.

Bonus points for being withing walking distance from a hospital as well as being right around the corner from just about anything you might need on your vacation. Good size rooms and pool, and affordable prices.

Arrived w friendly check in. Nicest ppl but when I got to my room the bed pillows smelled like sweat. Bathroom had hair and unclean toilet. Worst of all was in bathroom after 5 min of check in someone opened my hotel room
