Located in the historic village of Tolentino, the holiday home "Casa degli Ulivi" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open from June to September), a whirlpool, a large garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The highlight of this holiday home is the private pool with a panoramic view over the village. Guests can enjoy meals in the barbecue corner at their disposal. The property is surrounded by nature. There is a relax area in the garden ideal for meditation and yoga. Your pet friends are welcome, they can relax and enjoy themselves in the large garden they can find a pet pool to refresh during summer.
Tolentino is located conveniently, just 20 minutes by car or by train from the Sibillini Mountains National Park where there are several lakes and trekking tours for nature lovers. In the village centre you can find shops, cafés, a shopping centre, a cinema, a theatre,
a communal pool as well as a wellness centre with a thermal bath. In 30 minutes it is possible to reach the seaside. The Grazie Lake is reachable in 10 minutes and it is ideal for a picnic day in the fresh air. Last but not least, nearby there is a riding stable for horse lovers.
