The room was really nice and suited our needs. However it would have been perfect if we at least had a coffee maker, microwave, and bar fridge. Our stay was one week and all we got was 2 bottles of water daily and 2 clean glasses. This was really unusual as We travel a lot and were quite Surprised that there was nothing in the room to at least make a simple breakfast.

The property was ‘fine’. We should have asked more questions. Pool hours were very limited (10-8pm) so we weren’t able to even use it. The room: dated and not super comfortable, strange furniture and layout, not convenient for putting your bags on. Beds were fine. The room had not been properly cleaned and prepped. The tissue box was empty but still there, the shower not cleaned with hair on the floor. There were 3 of us and we paid an extra $27 for the 3rd adult but only 2 towels in the room. We asked for the tissues and towels twice and finally they were delivered late in the evening. Also, the phone in the room rang 3 times in the middle of the night, I answered and nobody responded. A glitch? Such an odd experience overall but since we only were passing through and stayed one night just pushed through it!

Fairytale gardens! Incredibly well manicured gardens make one feel the property is in its own planet. Greats attention to detail and decore compares to Neuschwanstein castle during its 19th century grandeur. The hotel is a destination in itself! I’ll travel back to Mexico just to stay in this peaceful setting… staff is the best I’ve dealt with in a long time; ego was extremely happy with the service.

Worth every penny

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth every single penny. The food at the bar/restaurant is outstanding and there are various beautiful gardens to sit and relax at.
