The Space
If you’re seeking the perfect location for an exceptional group retreat, look no further. Enjoy 1 hectare (almost 2 ½ acres) of garden space to roam and 900m2 (9,680 sq ft) of indoor living space in our exquisite hacienda-style villa in the heart of the San Simón area of Valle de Bravo. We’re ready to welcome you for a jaw-dropping experience!

Our expansive property, set in the woods, is surrounded by nature and mature trees, providing lots of privacy. With temperate weather year-round, you can take advantage of all the outdoor amenities. Enjoy an exhilarating game of pádel tennis or basketball, or try Petanque, a game that requires strategy and finesse. Afterward, unwind with a relaxing soak in the terrace Jacuzzi, and enjoy the patio lounge spaces with ample seating, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and a bar with a dartboard to challenge your companions.

For indoor fun, head to the entertainment room! You’ll find a sofa lounge, big-screen TV, and a poker table waiting for a spirited game. When it’s time to wind down, gather around the pondside fire pit for some quality time and good laughs. If you’re in need of a quiet place for some alone time, you’ll find a large woven hammock waiting for the most comfortable hammock nap!

If the exterior is impressive, step inside to find the inside of our enchanting home meticulously decorated with traditional artwork, impressive artifacts, and natural-wood furnishings, with an unmatched attention to detail. There are many dining options. The more formal dining area has a table to seat up to 20 guests! There, you’ll have an indoor fireplace for a cozy dining atmosphere. Adjacent to the formal sitting area is a table and chairs, perfect for working on your laptop or enjoying a board game.

For food lovers, the kitchen is a dream come true! It’s a spacious hacienda-style kitchen with chef-style appliances and a wood-fired oven for pizzas, roasted vegetables and more. You’ll have everything you need to prepare magnificent meals at home. There is another large dining table in here, too – the one we find is the best spot in the house to gather – around food!

When it’s time to recharge after a fun-filled day, there are 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with full ensuite bathrooms, elegant natural wood furnishings, superior linens, plush pillows, lots of natural light and room-darkening curtains in case you want to sleep late. The home can accommodate 14 guests comfortably as such:

Master bedroom: 1 King bed, 2 sitting areas, generous closet space
Bedroom 2: 2 Full/Double beds
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin/Single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed
Bedroom 5: 2 Full/Double beds

Other amenities include a washer and dryer on the premises, high-speed WiFi, laptop workspaces, and 4 parking spaces on the property. Also note there is staff included in the reservation, one indoor cleaning, and daily cleaning and maintenance of the property’s grounds.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Daytime visitors are okay, but they must not stay overnight.
- Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There is a $20 USD cleaning fee for the BBQ.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed
