The villa is spacious, modern, sunny and tastefully decorated, with a capacity of seven people and equipped with an alarm system and a safe. It invites you to live out daily in a mixture of well-being, comfort and discreet luxury.

Very spacious, the villa houses 120 m 2 bright rooms decorated with care and a covered terrace and pergola dedicated to meals and relaxation. Haven of peace, away from all commotion, it is ideal for calm and serenity lovers.

You have a private swimming pool of 7m x 5m 3. No charge, the cleaning lady comes 2 x / week. However it can also prepare you - on request, at € 10-15 - small dishes cared and varied.

The villa, pool and pool area were just as described and very clean with air conditioning in all the bedrooms (a must in summer temperatures!). The villa was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. In terms of location, the area is generally quite peaceful although there is not much by way of restaurants/bars in the immediate area so transport is a necessity if you want to eat out. That said, we decided not to hire a car and instead used a local taxi driver who was very reasonable and extremely reliable for trips to shops and sightseeing.A small negative for us was that we found the mattresses on the beds to be rather hard and uncomfortable. While we appreciate mattress preferences vary, there was only a very thin mattress protector under the bottom sheet so the owners might want to think about investing in some decent mattress toppers to give guests a better nights sleep.Mary, the housekeeper, was great, she was very responsive and quickly dealt with any issues as they arose. Over the one month period, the villa, gardens and pool were cleaned and maintained regularly. This villa is not ‘in the thick of things’ but we found it perfect for a relaxing break in the sun.

Quiet and Relaxing Home while Away

We stayed there for 6 days during our travel in Mauritius. It was the right place for us. We want a quiet place to sleep and unwind for sightseeing and visiting close friends in Mauritius. My husband and I had our own room; our two kids were able to each get their own rooms as well. Nice and relaxing outdoor space for unwinding. In general,I would use it again if I return to Mauritius.

Wonderful villa

Absolutely beautiful villa, ideally located for exploring the island. There is a wonderful hotel within walking distance which serves fantastic Mauritian cuisine and a brilliant supermarket 4 minutes away by car. The property itself is delightful. Fully equipped (with everything you would need if travelling with kids). It is very secure and well cared for by the staff (special thanks to Mary, Jovani and Mary Noelle). On a couple occasions we discovered that there was someone in the garden cleaning the pool so it would be good if they announced themselves first out of common courtesy. Other than that, there are nothing but positives. A problem that occurred during our trip was resolved promptly and effortlessly. The property manager Rachel is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cannot rate this villa highly enough!

Fully equipped holiday home!

Very satisfied with both the property and the interaction from the hosts. Property fully equipped for almost everything you need for you holiday, safe and quiet. Big pool, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, enough seating and dining space on the terrace. The property manager Mary was kind as ever, the place is well kept, up to date and clean. Overall we loved the whole place.

BAIE DU TOMBEAU ILE MAURICE

la maison et ses exterieurs sont très agreable il y fait bon vivre l'emplacement environnement baie du tombeau parait très insecure obligation de bien se renfermer à l'interieur de la maison le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait beaucoup de poussière notamment sous les lit et propreté douche à revoir nous avons eu un soucis avec le portail qui a été réglé très rapidement et nous vous en remercions

Séjour vraiment au Top

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison , une séjour vraiment génial , la maison est parfaitement équipée , tranquille et calme . Tout ce que nos recherchions le soir quand on rentrait de nos visites . Les propriétaires ont toujours été prévenants et à notre écoutes . Mary la gouvernante , une perle . Elle a été aux petits soins pour nous , elle cuisine très bien et nous avons apprécié quand on rentrait de trouver un petit repas cuisiné par ses soins. Roy notre guide nous a permis de découvrir l'ile Maurice et tous ces petits coins forts sympathiques. Sans Roy nous aurions raté beaucoup de chose , il a été à notre écoute et s'est adapté à nos demandes . Franchement il faut pour découvrir l'ile avoir quelqu'un qui nous guide , ce n'est pas toujours facile de visiter seul car les mauriciens sont avares de panneaux et la conduite pour nous n'était pas toujours simple . Avec Roy tout était simple ( le propriétaire pourra vous fournir ses coordonnées) et en plus il assure les transferts aéroport . On recommande fortement Merci à tous de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour formidable

Mauritius abseits der üblichen Hotelpfade, gut gelegen, guter Service, schöner Meerblick

Schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. zwar ist das Meer nicht zum Baden. Aber Urlauber dieser Villa haben ja einen Mietwagen und wollen sicher wie wir die Insel erkunden. Guter Service mit Pool- und Hausreinigung zweimal wöchentlich. Minuspunkt ist die erforderliche Barkaution von 700€, das ist nicht zeitgemäß und sollte anders geregelt werden . Deutsche haben anders als Franzosen keine Schecks mehr.

Super schönes Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sogar alarmgesichert. Wir haben uns aber nie bedroht gefühlt. Die Menschen auf der Insel sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zwei mal pro Woche kommt das Hausmädchen Mary und der Gärtner Naim die sehr freundlich sind und einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis aufgebaut. Der Pool wird auch zwei Mal die Woche gereinigt. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist bei diesem Haus sehr empfehlenswert um die Insel zu erkunden, was man auf jeden Fall tun sollte. Empfehlenswert bei der Erkundung der Insel ist auch eine Offline App auf dem Handy um zu navigieren. Unser Lieblingsstrand war der Mont Choisy Beach da es dort keine Korallen oder Seeigel gibt. Der Tagesausflug mit Schnorcheln auf die Ile des deux Cocos hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Danke an dieser Stelle auch unserem Vermieter der im Vorfeld alle Fragen schnellstens beantwortet hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Thomas+Claudia

Excellent séjour à Baie Du Tombeau

Nous avons réservé cette maison pendant 10 jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est parfaitement agencée, très fonctionnelle et propre. Très belle vue sur la baie, nous avons même eu la chance de voir des dauphins au loin un matin ! Merci à Mary et Naïm pour leur excellent accueil et leur disponibilité. Big up particulier à Roy pour les transferts aéroport et la logistique : ses services ont largement ont contribué à faciliter la visite du pays. Bref, une location à recommander. Nous espérons revenir très vite !

Superbe sejour à Baie du Tombeau

Nous avons sejourné chez M Thierry 10 nuits, un réel bonheur! Le cadre est très beau (encore mieux que sur les photos) certes pas de plage de sable devant la villa mais la vue sur la baie est magnifique (prenez le temps d'apprécier le coucher de soleil depuis la plage de sable au bord de la piscine avec un petit rhum arrangé). Vous pourrez aisément aller pecher dans la baie pour les amateurs. La villa est géniale et l'accueil qui nous y est réservé indescriptible, merci à M et Mme Thierry, merci à Mary (le repas était délicieux)! Pensez à demander le contact de Roy (si vous n'avez pas réservé le transfert depuis l'aéroport) il est un réel atout pour visiter le pays. Wir waren zu dritt für 3 Wochen in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, man kommt relativ schnell an schöne Strände und zu guten Restaurants. Allerdings empfehle ich unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten, da man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nur bedingt empfehlen kann. Es gibt allerdings einen kleinen Minuspunkt. In den 3 Wochen in denen wir vor Ort waren, ist es uns nicht gelungen die 3 Kanus zu bekommen die auf den Fotos sind. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist auf jeden falll zu empfehlen!! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Très beau séjour, super villa 😁

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette agréable villa. Très bien située, et bien équipée. Au calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer . Les couchers de soleil me manqueront. A 5 min en voiture d un centre commercial , proche d une clinique et proche des lieux touristiques, des plages...Merci au proprietaire mais surtout à Mary , au jardinier...pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. N hésitez pas à passer par Roy pour la location de la voiture et les visites. Nous vous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter ! !!😁 nous garderons un super souvenir de nos vacances à Maurice.
