The worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life.

Arrived at 2am, tweakers hanging out in front of our room going door to door knocking on doors. Smoke alarm next door beeping like it needed a new battery, 3 different lights had bulbs burned out, toilet seat and bathroom floor sticky and smelled of urine. I went to take a shower and drain was stopped up so bathtub filled up above my ankles. Rated Good on Hotels.com but should have been rated terrible.

Issues with room card not being properly set up. Had to go back to the front desk to have it deactivated on the second evening. Remote control for the TV was worthless! Only turned the TV on and off. Only way to change channels was to stand by TV and change channels on back of TV. Also no listing of available channels on TV or available in the room.

This was by far the worst experience. There was long black hair in the bed and shower. Then the light fixture in the bathroom fell out the ceiling and hit me in the head. And the power went out twice. At check out there was no clerk around for me to speak with so i had to leave a note. After getting my son checked in at school i went back to speak with some one and was told by the clerk AJ Ferguson that everything was taken care of. Whatever that means! He refused to let me take a picture of the screen for verification.

Arrived at the property to check in. No one was at the desk for several minutes. The lobby was dimly lit. Check in went smooth but I decided to check out room before we brought our stuff in. The room appeared to be clean. The shower was either dirty or bottom of tub was stained a grayish color. There was a strange smell. You could look down from the second floor at the indoor pool and it was cloudy with obvious areas of dirt in the bottom. I went back to the front desk to cancel the room. Again it was several minutes before someone appeared. The cancelled my room with no issues- if you cancel within 30 mns of check in it is a full refund.

Nice for the two night stay

The room was as we wanted, clean no odor, clean towels, beds where comfortable and clean as well, breakfast was good but needs unflavered creamer for coffee, may I suggest half & half , the one complaint would be the pool, there was no filter system and water seemed cloudy and unclean so we choose not to get in...

It was fine. Nothing special. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The staff didn’t know if they had hair dryers. Elevators and hallways were very worn and looked they were not vacuumed regularly.

The hotel we booked was not the rooms we got. We were put in a second building which was a motel with doors to the outside. Our kids were in a second room on the 2nd floor. Hot tub was broken and the breakfast area was not working one of the days, so we were not able to eat breakfast before my daughters graduation.
