Main area was very nice. Hotel room floors need updating - carpet very old which make it look dirty all the time. Only 1 elevator was working the 1st half of our stay and then on the last day both were down. We had to take a freight elevator to our room on the 11th floor.

My stay would have been a 5star except the elevators were an issue. First only one of 2 elevators was operating by day 3 neither was working. I am slightly immobile requiring a Walker to get me from one point to another Due to elevator issues I was directed to the Freight elevator as my only means to room on 5th floor or take stairs. An ordeal for me but I managed

Being worked on

Overall the stay was nice. Elevator to the 8th floor was being repaired so we had to use the service elevator in the back of the hotel. It was a hike because this place is very large. Check-in staff was nice and accommodating. Room could use some vacuuming around the edges but overall it was clean. The bed was too firm for me and the ac compressor was on and off all night. There were plenty of towels which were nice and fluffy. Breakfast was the usual continental. I would stay here again.

Manager did not comp room. Beds are ehhh

There was a large dog barking all night and first thing in the morning in the room next to ours. I watched this couple walk their dogs through the lobby and the large dog pissed on an arm chair. I mentioned it to the manager as I was leaving. She came out to my car shortly after and asked me to verify which room which I did. She said the occupants didn’t indicate they had dogs and if they had the hotel would have put them in a different area of the hotel. She apologized profusely and said she’d comp my room. That was over two weeks ago and the comp has never shown up. Beds were ragged and not comfortable. Room and hotel were clean just outdated.

My stay was good eith the exception of my TV did not come on in the room. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone to fox the issue. I waithed aehile but needed to lesve. I went to the front desk to ask ehy no one came to fix the issue. They said they thought someone had addressed it. The TV was on when i returned but when i tried to turn it on the nect morning i had the same issue. There was only one of the main elevators working. This caused an issue with getting downstairs. My daughter and i had to walk down 9 flights of stairs to get to breakfast. I have knee issues and receive injections in my knees and am doing physical therapy for my knees so this was very painful. The wsit time was 30 to 45 minutes for the elevator to get one thst was not already full. On my way back up i hsd to wait awhile and when i got on it stopped on the 4th floor and two ladies got on with a luggage cart and additional bags because they had been waiting on the elevator. We were going up but they said they would ride up to go down. Thus caused an issue because when we arrived on the 9th flooe i had an issue getting off and one of the other people on the elevator an older man tripped and al.ost fell trying to let me off and was hit by the door. I explained these issues to the lady at the front desk as i was checking out and she just said sorry. This is not good customer service.
