- A garage fob (parking is available at P2, space 34)
- An elevator fob, required to access your floor
Upon arrival, please check in at the security desk.

• Be considerate of neighboring units
• Report any damage or breakage. We understand accidents happen and appreciate timely notice so we can repair or replace items for future guests.
• No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is permitted on balconies only with doors/windows closed and proper disposal of cigarette/cigar butts in provided bins.
• Please wash and put away any dishes used, or load them into the dishwasher before departure.
• Check out is at 11:00 am
• The garbage and recycling shoot is located by the elevators.
• Dispose of all food items from the fridge, freezer, and pantry at the end of your stay.
• Do not rearrange furniture. If moved, kindly return it to its original position.
• Do not remove any items from the unit.
• Before departure, please ensure no garbage, recycling, dirty dishes, food, or personal items are left behind.

In the event of fire or medical emergencies

If keys and fobs are not returned there will be a $200.00 charge. (Keys $50.00, Building fob $50.00, Garage fob $100.00)
