Very clean/new and reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was decent and had a bit of everything, they also offer 24h complementary coffee/tea. The common area has a microwave, ice and water machine, gym and pool as well as lots of room to sit. They have a mini market if you want some snacks, though it's not cheap. The room has AC, fridge, TV, radio, phone, hair dryer, iron + ironing board, soap, shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, hangers, and everything you may need for a short stay. The water pressure is pretty good in the shower, you can also adjust the water stream. The bed is comfortable and there are soft and firm pillows. They have plugs with USB ports so if you don't have enough power adapters it's super convenient. The only negative : it's in the middle of nowhere. There are businesses and stores in the area but it's not particularly easy to get around if you're using public transit, especially on the weekend and holidays. If you have a car, it's probably fine since there is a parking lot. At least the bus stop is right next to the hotel, which takes you to the subway station but it's a 20-30 minute ride. In total, it is a good hour and a half away from Union Station. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Clean new hotel with great staff and comfy beds!

The atmosphere was very clean, spacious and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and just needed a bare minimum stay, but was pleased with this hotel. We will be back for sure!

Extremely clean building - lobby, outside, room. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and willing to help! We were renting two rooms and I had asked for two rooms side by side - very happy that they took note of it and made this happen for us! Only 2 things: the hair dryer only blew cold air - took forever for my hair to dry and altho the room was very quiet, when in the washroom I could hear all the rooms around me run their showers and flush like as tho I was in the same room as them. Still, very nice and modern room - I would definitely stay again!

Very nice property well kept hot tea and lobby with entertainment going on friendly staff secure as you need your key to be able to go up to the Room swimming pool as well as gym. My favorite go to.
