Clean, spacious, recently renovated 1,500+ Sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms detached house. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Pets are not permitted. All the rooms have been furnished. The kitchen has been equipped with a new fridge and a new microwave. All kitchen utensils you may need. New 3 Piece Sectional in the TV room (1st floor). New reclining sofa in the basement to watch movies. Home theatre system with great sound in the basement. High speed internet. Four smart TVs around the house. Laundry. Huge backyard but no pool access. Free parking in front of the house. The attached garage and two small rooms in the basement and are being used for owners’ storage. You will have access to the house, basement, front yard, and Muskoka backyard. Walking distance to multiple parks including our favorite Richvale Greenway Park. Hillcrest Mall is within walking distance. Four-minute Walk to Richvale Community Centre & Pool. Nearby public library. HWY 404, HWY 7, HWY 407 and Yonge Street nearby. 30km to Pearson Airport, 35km to Downtown Toronto, 9km to Canada's Wonderland amusement park, 3 Km to Richmond Hill Performing Arts Centre, 4 km to Go transit.
