This hotel was clean and the morning staff at the front desk were cheerful & helpful. The shuttle service from the airport needs coordination from the front desk staff. We called for the shuttle and were twenty feet away from the stop, but the driver pulled in hesitated for 5 seconds and took off. We were waving but he didn't look in his rear view. It was another hour for the next shuttle so we took the $25 Lyft. The walls don't keep the sound out very well. We had to get up at 4AM and the inconsiderate people next door made for a very poor nights sleep. Not sure what the hotel can do about unruly guests.

Room was nice, partially updated. The pool was too cold for the kids to get in, and the hot tub was closed. This was disappointing as this was one of the draws to this hotel. Hotel shuttle was useful, but traffic was bad, as we arrived near rush hour.

Superb service!

Check in was amazing! F.S. went above and beyond and we appreciate him so much! Our airport shuttle was booked so easily. He was warm, friendly and super accommodating. Our room was fantastic. We were so tired and ate dinner and we were all in bed by 7 PM. Super comfy beds, spacious room and super clean! Highly recommend!

My stay at the BW hotel was very good. The airport shuttle was convenient and I was able to take the bus and go to the city center from the airport. My room was clean and nice. The staff was helpfull. Unfortunatly I didn't have a chance to visit the pool, so have to come back again.
