This hotel has an excellent location and I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the breakfast buffet, great way to start a day full of activities around Toronto. My only negative comment is about the noise due to the constructions in front of the hotel, you could hear the noise since 6am.

The clientele that came to this hotel was questionable. We frequently found empty beer cans in the elevator. Issues: Hotel was so hot. Our air conditioner did not work. We were told that was because the heat for the whole building was on and each room Does not have control over the heat. Room had mold in the bathroom on the counter and around the faucet. A glass was chipped and I left it out to be replaced. It kept getting put back in. This tells me that the glasses are not cleaned daily. It was incredibly busy and the check in lines were long. There was a dedicated line for all of the airline staff that was there. With the type of neighborhood it is, the elevator should be secured and accessed with a room card only. There is no security at all. I would not recommend this hotel. The restaurant was good.

Lovely service, clean and tidy rooms, I’d definitely come back to this hotel. The duvet for the single bed was a little small for two people, and the adult pool area is pretty small, but overall I didn’t have any substantial problems!

Unfortunately I will no longer be make reservations through Expedia due to the circumstances of my grandsons medical surgery was cancelled. I just wanted to Reschedule my stay the family wasn’t notified till 3:30 check in was 3:00 I tried calling asap 3:30 to reschedule but NO IN PERSON HELP BY PHONE TILL 4:00 . Upon speaking with the hotel they approved to reschedule they just needed Expedia to call and confirm. After two hours on the phone they DENIED. I will also be writing directly to the uncaring delta chelsea hotel for not dealing with this last minute medical cancellation with out any thought of the CHILD OR FAMILY INVOLVED.. loss of FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS HUGE. Either of your agencies could have supported this situation by OFFERING GIFT CERTIFICATE VOUCHER FOR ANOTHER ONE NITE STAY. So sad that both your agencies don’t believe in EVERY CHILD MATTRS. Just terrible support uncaring no heart ❤️
