Pull out couch had so many stains, no sheets on it. The mat was ripped, when asked for sheets they said they didn’t have any. When we asked for a blanket for the pullout couch they made excuses and gave us one that was dirty. Asked for a crib, gave one that had numerous stains and looked unsanitary. The main bed was ripped as well, the customer service was not great, we asked for a different room as the one we were provided was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had

Honestly best part of the trip was the shuttle bus driver, Robbie. Room was not good: bed was literally broken (we had to put the recycling bin under the frame so that it didn’t tip over and they wouldn’t give us another room), the tv mount was broken, there was mould in the sink and shower, the towels were falling apart, and the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. I asked multiple times for a late checkout, each time was told yes, only to get a knock at the door and phone call at 11 saying there are no notes on our file and we need to leave so they can clean. Asked for a comp and was waved off saying that they would provide us one ‘next time’ - you can be sure there will be no next time.
