Sadly, the hotel are refusing to honour their 24hr cancellation policy and have charged me despite me emailing them to cancel my stay four days in advance. Leaves me forced to do a chargeback so my advice would be don’t book this unless you KNOW you are going to stay there

Everything about this hotel is excellent - in the centre of everything Mississauga not far from Port Credit GO. There is construction all around which makes the surrounding area not visually appealing but excited to see what is there in the future.

The staff was really nice, it was a really comfortable stay, the only issue was that the rooms weren’t that clean, the bathroom door had what seem like makeup stains and the pillow covers had stains on them.

I had a minor problem with the ac leaking in my room but the staff handled it very fast and efficiently. I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and it was very close to many events and festivals happening in the area. Had a lovely time

Traveled 400km with the family and dog. Called ahead to confirm the dog was welcome and was told no issue. Showed up and was advised of an extra $200 fee for the dog, non refundable. No movement on the fee. Canceled and booked elsewhere. Horrible service, complete lack of understanding and zero flexibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND
