Great experience! Fast, friendly check in. Room was small but nice with super comfy pillows and nice Crabtree & Evelyn shower products. They left a special treat in the room for my daughter's 18th bday. Close to everything. Walking distance to Eaton Ctr and Kensington Market.Will book here again.

When we arrived, Tara was wonderful helping us check in. Our room’s heating wasn’t working and only blowing AC. They sent maintenance who took an hour to change the entirety of the unit while we waited in the room watching them. It was a little bit awkward and when they changed the unit it started to smell like burning plastic. Luckily Alisa found us another room and was able to move us. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind but my rating was based on how the situation was handled. We should have moved rooms the moment the maintenance said heat wasn’t working, not having guests wait in their room and wait on repairs.
