You really get your moneys worth. I really enjoyed my room. It felt more like a large bachelor apartment over a hotel stay. My room was on the ground level which I recommend because during the day I was able to walk right out into the street through the gate it was very convenient. The bedding could use an upgrade and the key was abit tricky at times but aside from that - a solid experience that’s worth the price.

The property was in poor condition. Any issues raised with staff on site was met with rudeness and rudeness. The staff are unhelpful and there is no manager on site for any help, and they don’t want to be contacted either. Rooms are terrible and not what they depicted on the website. They falsify their advertisement across 3 different sites with fake reviews and pictures. It’s not a place to stay and the staff need serious professional training.

The staff was great; check in was seamless and they even let me stay in my original room after I extended my stay in another room. Minus the amount of stairs, and the few things missing from the room (soap for dishes, tub stopper) and the leaking faucet; it was an overall comfortable and affordable stay downtown toronto

I was moving from another hotel and they rushed to get me a room before check-in time. The room was what I expected for the price. The biggest problem was the skylight blinds didn't work and the room was super bright. I needed to sleep during the day after a long night in a dark room would have been really helpful. Somebody was cleaning the hallway with a really loud cell phone music but turned it off when I asked. I'd stay there again.

Was clean. Very spacious and such amazing safe feeling with the gate and door there for your safety as well. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I'm serious when I say. I absolutely love this place. And I would love to even live in the room I booked for 3 days. Full kitchen bathroom this place is perfect. Will book again!!!

Excellent budget option

The in was small, and cozy. The owner was quick to check us in and show us our room, and how to get in and out after hours. The linens and towels were all freshly laundered, with sone small stains. We found tbe beds comfortable, but tbe room could use better curtains to keep oy the light. It was frankly much nicer than i expected for $97 a night, and we will certainly be back. The access to Kensington and Chinatown was wonderful.

Very accommodating

The hotel is in a great location in a cool neighbourhood. It's pretty modest, but it's clean, comfortable and quiet, and they accommodated my late check-in which I really appreciated!

The room I stayed in had a separate bedroom and bathroom (meaning I had to go out to the shared hallway once). It was a hassle to have to go out of the room every time. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. The heating worked well. When I checked out, a staff member was not there and I had to wait him for to come. If you want a comfortable sleep at a reasonable price, I think this is a fine place to stay.
