I prepaid the room but the deposit was a nightmare because I don't have a credit card. Everyone was nice but the process took forever and it has taken over 3 weeks and I still don't have my deposit back. They are mailing a cheque.

We had high expectations at this hotel, the photos looked great on expedia. I would consider this a 2 star hotel. The swimming pool area was dirty, ceiling corroding and guests walking around the pool deck with their outdoor shoes. We were located on the 3 rd fl and our AC was making weird noises, no hot water in the shower and found a piece of poop or raisin on the floor lol. Overall definitely NOT staying again.

They really care for their guests. Last night we were not able to have a dip since they close the pool early. We appreciate it because they close to clean it. That's how they care for their guests' health and safety.

My car was stolen from the Hilton parking lot along with another car. Hilton still charged me for the night despite being woken up at 4am and having my car and all the belongings inside stolen. It’s not safe, stay elsewhere. Also the pool is really dirty.
