The hotel is extremely outdated. Staff are not as friendly as other IHG hotels I've been to. Rooms are basic and also outdated. Not enough parking for guests. We had to park across the street. Only reason why the hotel got a 1star is because of the exterior of the hotel. The exterior is deceiving. The washroom was basic, old and creepy. The lights in the rooms are yellow and dark. I had to use my phone light for EVERYTHING! Not impressed at all. I'll never stay again.

Breakfast buffet was great , checking in was horrible 6 people ahead of me in line and only one person at front desk, no ice machine had to leave it at front desk for them to bring up to my room. If i knew the hotel was under construction I would have never booked , the noise started at 8:30 so not a relaxing Saturday morning
