The staff here are exceptional. They are understanding and accommodating to whatever my stay required - from multiple extensions, to room swapping (back and forth when I did not feel comfortable), they handled it with care and gave me respect of my needs (as I am currently with a mobility ailment. I stayed 8 nights at Homewood Suites Markham. For the most part, the hotel was comfortable and the staff were polite. However, on the last night of my stay I woke up with multiple bites on my arms and legs. This was very upsetting, especially after a long stay. I have photos of the bites and I reported the issue after checking out so the hotel can inspect the room. I hope management takes this seriously, because otherwise the stay would have been fine.
