We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre! The front desk staff, especially Paul, was exceptionally professional and attentive ,he gave us clear directions and even surprised my daughter with a lovely little teddy bear, which absolutely made her day. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic , with a wide variety of delicious options and top-quality food. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations in every way. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and will definitely return

Our room was very dusty and needed a good deep clean. Maid knocked on our door even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. I had to call for more water and Kleenex. They should have been restocked when they cleaned the room. And the $25 amenity fee was a surprise even though we did not use the spa, etc. For the cost; I’m sure there are better options in the same area.

The staff in the hotel from the concierge to from desk staff, cleaning staff and restaurant made us welcome feeling at home and taking care of. One of the best experiences in am hotel since a long time. The difference was the peoples. I would go back anytime.
