The room we thought we had booked was not the room we were given .We were emailed a picture of he room we thought we had booked but were given a totally different room It was very small and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable I was not happy the room it was too small for 2 people also the plug for the tub would not stay in I had to use a face cloth to plug it up The staff was very pleasant. I don't blame them for this. This was my first time booking through Expedia Not very pleased with how it turned out

The Monte Carlo Inn was a wonderful place to stay. We were on our honeymoon and chose to stay here so that we could get to Toronto easily, as well as other areas nearby. The suite we had was large and lovely! The stay was wonderful!!

staff are rude and abrupt. they don't smile or make eye contact. Possibly poor management, because they all looked unhappy. The room is very outdated. The tub in the middle of the room is uncomfortable along with the mirrors surrounding it. I can only imagine what has happened there ;) The bed was HORRIBLE. I tossed and turned. Woke up in pain. The hotel is kind of on the outskirts, so prepare to walk a lot. The subway was close by. Walk through the parking lots and its right there. Less than 10 mins. So that was nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for sleep or comfort.
