Staff was helpful and nice. Overall condition of the building is good and clean. My big complaint is the beds. We stay in many rooms every year. These mattresses were the most uncomfortable of any we have experienced. Low quality, extremely firm, you can feel the springs in it. We barely got any sleep, and I now have a lower back issue that I am working through. For as much as we paid for the room, one would think it that there would at least be a comfortable place to lay your head. You won’t find that here.

The Novotel signature sent that is used in the lobby is an insult to the senses. Adam, the server at the morning buffet, was absolutely delightful. Maria at the front desk was very efficient. I appreciated the free Flow water and the bathrobe in my room

I booked a room with breakfast included, but breakfast was not provided. The reception staff were not welcoming, had poor communication, and treated guests differently. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and would not stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others either.
