It's a great place to stay in a very beautiful neighborhood. It was quite, and location looks very interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't convenient is that on the day of our check out breakfast restaurant was closed an hour earlier and we were not notified beforehand, so we were late to it and had to figure out another breakfast option on the fly fast.

Excellent location and the rooms are very nice and roomy. Restaurant closed until Thursday but they booked our reservations for Monday and Tuesday. NO bellman or valet so plan on self service to and from parking garage and luggage from your car to your room.

Old world charm combined with old world standards for décor, comfort, cleanliness and especially cuisine! We would highly recommend this hotel for its charm. Everything was first rate It is a rare jewel in the Toronto area. Comfortable bed and furniture, lots of towels and everything was immaculate. Ten star experience!.

Booked this hotel to stay due to a wedding I was attending at the venue. For the price, the experience of the hotel is underwhelming. Nothing very special about this accommodation. I think the price would be more acceptable if there was complimentary breakfast or a pool. I received a charge from the hotel after I left without a receipt or notice so I’m not sure what the charge was for. I also had to go to the lobby a couple times due to the key card not working.

Truly enjoyed this oasis of luxury in a British castle setting. The spa, restaurant and rooms were top notch. Also hiked in the area and explored nearby Bloor West. Looking forward to returning soon.
