From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Great courteous staff and great clean room. It is centrally located and only one block from Eaton Centre shopping. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would definitely go back when in Toronto.

Clean and spacious room for the cost is amazing downtown so close to Eaton Center. My only negative is the sofa bed needs to have sheets and a blanket and a more comfortable mattress. You could feel the coils just putting your hand gently on it. Needs at minimum a mattress pad.

Checked in and there was no mention of amenities outside of the room. Additionally, nothing was said about the complimentary drink voucher, which I had to call from my room to inquire about once I realized they weren't in my fridge. There also wasn't a 'Do Not Disturb' tag in my room so I had to call for that as well; there was zero indication that it was successfully brought to me- I had to periodically check the outside of my door until I finally saw it there. There was also a freezer, but no ice bucket in the room or mentioning of an ice machine. The overall service needs a lot of work. The beds have the wooden frames exposed on the bottom, which can be an eyesore. The locations is good, but I'm unsure if it's worth the price, and it's definitely not worth the star rating. Even the check-in staff didn't cohesively seem very professional, which was very odd considering the standard of hotel.
